Shipping your package

Shipments within Belgium are standard via bPost. For shipping to the Netherlands the shipment will also be possible via PostNL. The shipping is free from a purchase price of 50EUR.

Can I return an item?

Items can be returned within 14 days after delivery of the product. These must be sent by courier to after an email has been sent to to announce the exchange.

The direct costs for the return to by the consumer are fully borne by the consumer, unless the consumer can demonstrate that the delivered product would not be in accordance with the description of the offer.

Wrong goods ordered can be returned at the expense of the buyer, only as a product in original, undamaged packaging.
