Welcome to HRShop.be, a brand of ECOSense BV. By placing an order on our website, you accept these terms and conditions.
Shipping and delivery
Orders are processed on business days. After confirmation of your payment, your order will be dispatched as soon as possible. Delivery times are indicative and do not give rise to compensation in the event of delay.
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with track & trace information.
Right of withdrawal and returns
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 90 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. You must notify us of your withdrawal in writing at info@hrshop.be before this period expires.
The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer, unless the product delivered does not correspond to the description of the offer.

The following items cannot be returned:
- Goods manufactured to your specifications or personalised for you
- Items that have been misused, soiled, damaged or are incomplete
- Items whose original packaging has been opened
Cancellation
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via info@hrshop.be, stating your full name, order number and IBAN account number. Items manufactured specifically to order cannot be cancelled.
Warranty
All products carry a statutory warranty of 2 years. For certain products, a longer warranty period may apply; this will be stated on the invoice.
For any warranty claim, please contact us at info@hrshop.be. Shipping costs for returning goods under warranty are borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping damage
Damage to packaging or product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt via info@hrshop.be, preferably with photographic evidence. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please open it immediately in the presence of the delivery person and request a damage confirmation on the spot.
Prices and payment
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT. HRShop.be reserves the right to change prices. The price applicable at the time of your order is the final price. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
Liability
HRShop.be is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or damage resulting from incorrect use of the products. Our liability is in any case limited to the amount of your order.
Applicable law
All agreements concluded via HRShop.be are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the court of the district of Antwerp has jurisdiction.
