If you fill in a contact or sign-up form on the website, or send us an e-mail, the data you send us will be retained for as long as the nature of the form or the content of your e-mail requires for a complete response and resolution.
Click behaviour and visit data

Google Customer Match and personalised advertising
With your explicit consent, we may share your e-mail address and other contact details you have provided (in hashed, encrypted form) with Google LLC, as part of the Google Customer Match service. This enables us to recognise you as an existing customer within Google's advertising platforms (such as Google Search, YouTube and Gmail) and to show you relevant, personalised advertisements.
In this context, Google acts as an external processor of your personal data. Your data is hashed (SHA-256) before transmission and is used by Google solely to match your profile against existing Google accounts. Google does not retain this data for longer than is necessary for this purpose. Please read Google's privacy policy for more information.
You may withdraw your consent for the use of your data for Customer Match at any time by contacting us at info@hrshop.be. Following withdrawal of your consent, we will remove your data from the relevant advertising lists as soon as possible.
Facebook and social media
This site includes buttons to promote or share pages on social networks such as Facebook. These buttons are generated by code provided by the social networks themselves. This code places, among other things, a cookie (see above).

Newsletter
We periodically offer a newsletter to keep interested parties informed of news about our products and services. Your e-mail address will only be added to the subscriber list with your explicit consent. Every newsletter contains a link allowing you to unsubscribe. The subscriber list is not shared with third parties, unless you have given your explicit consent (see Google Customer Match above).
