Shipments and returns

How long will it take to receive my order?

Belgium, France, The Netherlands and Luxembourg: 

  • Between 1 and 3 working days after your order.
  • Delivery for these countries is done by Bpost.

All other European countries:

  • Between 3 and 7 working days after your order. 
  • Delivery for these countries is done by DPD.

We unfortunately no longer deliver in the UK due to high costs after Brexit


How much does a shipment cost?

Belgium, Luxembourg & The Netherlands:

  • €4.95 for all orders under €50
  • Free delivery from €50

France & Germany:

  • €4.95 for all orders under €75
  • Free delivery from €75

Other EU countries:

  • €15 on all orders

Can I return an item?

Items can be returned within 14 days after delivery of the product. These must be sent by courier to after an email has been sent to to announce the exchange.

The direct costs for the return to by the consumer are fully borne by the consumer, unless the consumer can demonstrate that the delivered product would not be in accordance with the description of the offer.

Wrong goods ordered can be returned at the expense of the buyer, only as a product in original, undamaged packaging.

All goods enjoy a 2-year warranty, with some products this can be more but this is mentioned on the invoice.

Will not be taken back under any circumstances:

- wrongly used, soiled, damaged or incomplete items
