When will I receive my order?

Your order is usually processed and dispatched the day after you place it. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking email.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free from €50 in the Benelux and free from €75 in France and Germany. For smaller orders, a small flat rate applies depending on your country.

What if my order is delayed?

In exceptional cases, a parcel may be delayed due to high carrier volume or unforeseen circumstances. If you haven't received anything after the maximum delivery time, please contact us via our contact form or call us on +32 497 10 45 02. We'll sort it out together.

Can I return an order?

Yes, returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, in the original packaging and unused. Read all information about returning an order.
